Questions
Is a marla the same size everywhere?
No. Societies and the CDA count it differently, commonly anywhere from 225 to 272 square feet. That is why we quote the front and the depth in feet, and you should ask any dealer to do the same.
What is the difference between a file and a plot?
A file is your right to a plot that has not yet been given a number. A plot has its number and location fixed. Files cost less and carry more waiting; we will tell you plainly which you are looking at.

How do I check that a society is approved?
Ask the approving authority directly: the RDA on the Rawalpindi side, the CDA in Islamabad. Do this for any purchase, including one through us. We will sit with you and go through what they say.
Can you build on a plot I already own?
Yes. Bring the plot number and what you have in mind, whether that is a grey structure or a complete house, and we can talk it through.
